The project involves developing a computer vision system to analyze nurse actions, detect the use of disposable objects, and ensure compliance with established guidelines for procedures like medication administration.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop computer vision systems and systems for video analysis.

• Prototype proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for specific computer vision and machine learning problems to validate ideas.

• Lead projects from prototype to production.

• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

• Actively participate in the team’s software development processes.


Requirements:

required experience 5+ years

• Strong experience in computer vision. Hands-on involvement in the development of multiple Computer Vision projects that have been deployed to production.

• Strong foundational understanding of Machine Learning concepts and how they apply to Computer Vision tasks.

• Strong expertise in processing and analyzing image and video data.

• Hands-on experience developing and fine-tuning models for segmentation, pose estimation, and object detection.

• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Excellent object-oriented programming skills, with the ability to write high-performance, production-quality code in Python.

Proficient in English for effective communication.

  • As soon as possible (subject to a thorough review and interview process by Softeq and the client).


Location:

  • 100% remote work; must have the ability to work overlapping hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

HR Analyst (WebTutor)

A major company, in the metal raw materials industry, requires an HR Analyst to join the team to develop the company's distance learning system.


Requirements

● Experience in HR analytics.

● Experience in automating HR processes.

● Experience analyzing HR processes.

● Experience in writing functional and technical requirements, experience in interacting with business customers, developers.

● Systemic and analytical thinking.

Experienced Excel user (summary tables, working with databases, formulas, preferably macros).

Basic knowledge of reporting principles of any analytics systems (Tableu, Qlik, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).


Responsibilities

Participation in the project of HR function automation (training, development, evaluation, individual planning of educational activities, goal setting) of the Group of companies based on WebSoft HCM (WebTutor).

Immersion in automated processes, role of system expert and implementation of HR processes in the system (functionally and technically, but without having to read and parse system code).

Collecting, processing and analyzing HR data.

Preparing conclusions and proposals based on the data.

Searching for system errors in data sources, forming proposals for their correction.

Conducting functional testing.

Forming a development register together with the project team.

Description and modeling of business processes (interviews, collection, analysis of information, development of processes and schemes in Visio).

Data visualization, creation of dashboards.

Ensuring compliance of the company's quality management system with the requirements of external regulatory documentation.
