The company with 20+ years of digital transformation experience is in search for a MES Scrum Master to a new integration project.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Agile Software development (SAFe preferred)
• Experience with JIRA and JIRA Align
• Experience with SDLC
• Project Management – Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Daily Sprint Management
• Capacity and velocity analysis
• Coordination and planning with development & delivery
• Ability to manage a multi-function team and prioritize core requirements for MES validation
• Strong written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to colleagues at all levels
• Experience with Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Operations & GxP regulation
• Possesses expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices
• English Required. Italian speaking preferred
