A major company, in the metal raw materials industry, requires an HR Analyst to join the team to develop the company's distance learning system.
Requirements
● Experience in HR analytics.
● Experience in automating HR processes.
● Experience analyzing HR processes.
● Experience in writing functional and technical requirements, experience in interacting with business customers, developers.
● Systemic and analytical thinking.
● Experienced Excel user (summary tables, working with databases, formulas, preferably macros).
● Basic knowledge of reporting principles of any analytics systems (Tableu, Qlik, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
Responsibilities
● Participation in the project of HR function automation (training, development, evaluation, individual planning of educational activities, goal setting) of the Group of companies based on WebSoft HCM (WebTutor).
● Immersion in automated processes, role of system expert and implementation of HR processes in the system (functionally and technically, but without having to read and parse system code).
● Collecting, processing and analyzing HR data.
● Preparing conclusions and proposals based on the data.
● Searching for system errors in data sources, forming proposals for their correction.
● Conducting functional testing.
● Forming a development register together with the project team.
● Description and modeling of business processes (interviews, collection, analysis of information, development of processes and schemes in Visio).
● Data visualization, creation of dashboards.
● Ensuring compliance of the company's quality management system with the requirements of external regulatory documentation.
