Requirements

● Experience in HR analytics.

● Experience in automating HR processes.

● Experience analyzing HR processes.

● Experience in writing functional and technical requirements, experience in interacting with business customers, developers.

● Systemic and analytical thinking.

Experienced Excel user (summary tables, working with databases, formulas, preferably macros).

Basic knowledge of reporting principles of any analytics systems (Tableu, Qlik, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).


Responsibilities

Participation in the project of HR function automation (training, development, evaluation, individual planning of educational activities, goal setting) of the Group of companies based on WebSoft HCM (WebTutor).

Immersion in automated processes, role of system expert and implementation of HR processes in the system (functionally and technically, but without having to read and parse system code).

Collecting, processing and analyzing HR data.

Preparing conclusions and proposals based on the data.

Searching for system errors in data sources, forming proposals for their correction.

Conducting functional testing.

Forming a development register together with the project team.

Description and modeling of business processes (interviews, collection, analysis of information, development of processes and schemes in Visio).

Data visualization, creation of dashboards.

Ensuring compliance of the company's quality management system with the requirements of external regulatory documentation.

Job Description:

  • Build dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to analyze and present data associated with customer experience, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision-making.
  • Create datasets, Develop global dashboards, data pipelines, sophisticated security controls, and scalable ad-hoc reporting
  • Closely partner with the Data Science team to define metrics, datasets, and automation strategy.
  • Engage with Product, Business, Engineering, and Marketing teams to capture requirements, influence how the services are measured, and craft world-class tools to support those partners.
  • Establish a comprehensive roadmap to communicate and manage our commitments and stakeholder expectations while enabling org-wide transparency on progress.
  • Focus on scale and efficiency - create and implement innovative solutions and establish best practices across our full scope of delivery


Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Data Visualization, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst role, preferably for a digital subscription business.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL-based languages is required. Experience with large-scale data technologies such as Hadoop, PySpark
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Microstrategy for analysis, insight synthesis, data product delivery, and executive presentation.
  • Education - minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
