We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to company which specializing in developing custom solutions for Emergency Preparedness & Response, Natural Resource Management, Law Enforcement & Justice, Health IT to join a team in support of our work with FEMA
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including complex configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations
 - Participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
 - Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
 - Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
 - Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
 - Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
 - Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance
 
Qualification and Education Requirements
Required Skills
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
 - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related equivalent
 - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
 - Salesforce Certified App Builder
 - 3+ years of relevance Salesforce experience with Service Cloud
 - 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Development including declarative development, Custom Objects, Flows, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and developing custom Lightning components
 - 3+ years of experience with web technologies (HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript)
 - 2+ years of experience with OO analysis and design experience
 - Experience working in Agile environment
 - Experience using tools like JIRA, Git, Subversion
 - Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
 
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with Software development life cycle (SDLC)
 - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate key performance indicators to all levels of the company
 - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
 - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
 - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
 - Experience working with federal clients a plus
