Senior System Analyst

To work on a project of a large fintech company, a specialist is required - a Senior System Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Problem analysis and optimization suggestions
• Requirements analysis, design, architecture development and refinement of solutions in the field of tasks under development
• Decomposition and analysis of backlog tasks
• Detailed design of integration with related services (including API)
• Documentation of technical specifications and requirements
• Mentoring
• Organization of demonstration and acceptance of functionality by interested parties
• Selection and adaptation of new team members
• Analyzes requirements for information systems for compliance with standards
• Coordination of solutions with the customer.
• Participation in acceptance tests and acceptance of automated systems

Requirements:

• Work experience as a System analyst - at least 5 years;
• Management experience - at least 1 year;
• Experience in making architectural decisions (IT sphere);
• Experience working with microservice architecture;
• Architecture modeling (UML, ARIS, Archimate);
• Experience in setting requirements for IT solutions;
• Experience in setting up multi-system integration;
• Experience dealing with cybersecurity risks;
• Prototyping user experience solutions
• Forever creating database schemas
• Excellent communication skills aimed at interacting with clients.
• Required experience with technologies and tools:
• BPMN
• ER diagrams
• JSON
• REST
• SQL
• UML
• XML
• Agile Frameworks
• Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira;
• Higher education.
• Russian language is mandatory.
