Key Responsibilities - Architect and develop new digital systems while evolving existing web platforms for industrial automation, monitoring, and control systems. - Oversee comprehensive project lifecycles—from initial requirements analysis through development to successful production deployment and continuous improvement. - Craft detailed technical specifications aligned with modern Industry 4.0 standards and manufacturing best practices. - Develop strategic project roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies. - Create, review, and maintain meticulous software documentation adhering to industry compliance standards and internal protocols. - Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between software developers, data scientists, QA specialists, and hardware integration teams. - Conduct productive negotiations with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and manufacturing requirements. - Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies tailored specifically for complex industrial technology projects. - Monitor and optimize project timelines, resource utilization, budget adherence, and implementation quality metrics. - Identify potential bottlenecks and develop proactive mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate transparent progress reviews and comprehensive status reporting to executive leadership teams. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline. - Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or IoT environments. - Demonstrated success managing software development projects with significant hardware integration components. - Strong understanding of business process modeling standards and specification methodologies (BPMN 2.0, UML). - Practical knowledge of contemporary software development principles, architectures, and technology stacks. - Verifiable experience applying both traditional and Agile project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban). - Proven ability coordinating technical teams in distributed/remote working arrangements. - Exceptional technical documentation capabilities with meticulous attention to detail. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating complex manufacturing challenges. - Superior communication and negotiation abilities when engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
