Project description

The Website contains multiple elements: several hundred industry and product pages that need to be translated, a Marketing Automation infrastructure, connected data integration and management, a new data reporting infrastructure, new lead conversion processes etc. It needs to be rolled out across 11 countries in Western Europe in 6 local languages.

Tasks:

• Managing of the end-to-end deployment process of a new digital platform, including the migration and update of product detail information, marketing assets, customer journeys and technical content.
• Consulting of cross-functional teams to check for accuracy, consistency and completeness of content and product data throughout the migration.
• Managing related communication with stakeholders, including functional departments and business units at (global) regional and local level.
• Managing regional teams and local country representatives to check on project goals and timelines.
• Monitoring project timeline and progress, manage risks and checking for timely delivery of milestones.
• Preparing, communicating, and presenting of regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting (showcasing) key achievements and addressing challenges proactively. Presentation is done via Project Meetings. Documentation of milestones in tracking tool.
• Checking Product Information Management initiatives to optimize content accuracy and efficient delivery.

Main requirements

• Experience in development of project from scratch for 5+ years.
• Experience leading communication with stakeholders and project team members.
• Experience of working productively independently.
• Location - Europe.
• Language - Fluent English, knowledge of German will be a plus.

The following timelines are to be adhered to by the contractor during the provision of the service: Go-live for the website is set for 1. July 2025 in MVP status with limited pages online. Setting up of full website with all pages in scope and Marketing Automation flows by end of the year 2025.

Main requirements

Main Responsibilities

• Being a part of the Enterprise Architecture team, you will work with Business-departments, IT Delivery & Operation teams to discover optimal solutions for various business problems. You should consider both functional and non-functional requirements: cost efficiency, time to market, and quality.
• Develop technical product documentation, including product vision, roadmap, NFRs.
• Record decisions and share among the IT Department.
• Lead technical choices, including technology stack choice.
• Participate in development of technical standards.
• Offer and participate in the 3rd party software choice, participate in negotiations with vendors.
• Typically, depending on experience, assignment to the roles of Domain Architect and Application Architect is encouraged.

Requirements

Total experience 8+ years is a must

• Working experience of 2+ years as an Architect, System Analyst, or top-tire Developer or DevOps/SysOps;
• Understanding of fintech, retail industry specifics;
• Understanding of software development processes;
• Clear communication skills & the ability to build strong business relationships; experience in negotiation at a high level;
• Ability to determine systems reliability and performance problems and discover, validate and offer solutions;
• Ability to write product documentation (specification, requirements, instructions, product strategy, and roadmap);
• Languages: English – Upper-Intermediate

Project Description:

We are implementing digitalization projects for factories, implementing advanced technologies and solutions that help improve production efficiency and control in total process steps. This project involves connecting various devices and systems such as cameras, sensors and video cameras, followed by the use of AI to analyze the data.

Objectives:

∙ Creating new systems, developing and maintaining existing web-based systems; 

∙ Lead web development projects with technical product manager roles; 

∙ Full cycle of project management (from pre-project analysis to commissioning); 

∙ Writing technical specifications; 

∙ Drawing up a project plan for the project; 

∙ Supervising and/or drafting program documentation; 

∙ Coordinating the interaction of project participants; 

∙ Negotiating with internal customer on the project; 

∙ Monitoring project timelines, budget and progress. 

Requirements:

∙ Technical education in information technology; 

∙ Knowledge of business process description standards and specifications; 

∙ General knowledge of major software development products and standards; 

∙ Understanding and practical use of project management fundamentals and development methodologies (classic and agile/fast Agile/SCRUM); 

∙ Experience as a project manager for 3 years or more.
