Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement new systems while developing and maintaining existing web-based platforms that form the backbone of industrial digitalization projects.
- Assume technical product manager responsibilities throughout the development lifecycle, balancing technological capabilities with business requirements.
- Oversee complete project management cycles—from initial feasibility analysis and requirements gathering through development, testing, and final commissioning.
- Craft precise technical specifications that translate complex industrial needs into actionable development tasks.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with realistic timelines, resource allocations, and key milestones aligned with business objectives.
- Supervise the creation of thorough program documentation, ensuring technical knowledge transfer and system maintainability.
- Coordinate diverse project stakeholders, including development teams, hardware specialists, and factory-floor representatives to ensure aligned execution.
- Conduct effective negotiations with internal customers to manage expectations, scope changes, and delivery parameters.
- Monitor and control project KPIs including timeline adherence, budget utilization, and milestone achievement, providing transparent progress reports to leadership.
- Implement Agile/SCRUM methodologies tailored to the unique requirements of industrial technology projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success as a project manager, preferably in industrial digitalization or manufacturing technology contexts.
- Comprehensive understanding of business process description standards, including BPMN 2.0, UML, and industry-specific documentation approaches.
- Broad knowledge of contemporary software development frameworks, tools, and standards including CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and API integration patterns.
- Practical experience implementing both traditional waterfall and modern Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies in technical environments.
- Proficiency with modern project management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com.
- Strong technical background enabling effective communication with developers, engineers, and production specialists.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with proven experience negotiating technical requirements.

- Experience with IoT platforms and industrial sensor integration.
- Knowledge of AI/ML implementation in manufacturing contexts.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for industrial applications.
