Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive project roadmaps for SAP ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements across diverse manufacturing environments.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, ensuring meticulous adherence to scope parameters, timeline milestones, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.
- Cultivate high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative dynamics and performance excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate strategic stakeholder engagement, delivering transparent communication and timely progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Implement sophisticated risk management protocols, proactively identifying potential challenges and developing effective contingency measures.
- Orchestrate seamless change management processes, minimizing operational disruption during system transitions and implementations.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including detailed requirements specifications, test protocols, and user-centric reference materials.
- Craft and present insightful project status reports to executive leadership, highlighting performance metrics, achievements, and forthcoming milestones.
- Synchronize efforts between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring flawless integration of SAP modules with existing enterprise systems.
- Conduct knowledge transfer initiatives and user enablement programs, maximizing adoption rates and utilization efficiency of implemented solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable project management experience in SAP implementations, particularly within manufacturing or industrial contexts.
- Demonstrated expertise managing full-lifecycle SAP ERP deployments, preferably with S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6.0 platforms.
- Substantial experience with ERP systems architecture, specifically SAP or Oracle EBS R12.2 environments.
- Profound understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific SAP modules (PP, MM, QM, PM).
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with exemplary business communication capabilities in both languages.
- Comprehensive knowledge of diverse project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid frameworks).
- Exceptional stakeholder management acumen, including productive engagement with C-suite executives.
- Superior analytical capabilities and strategic problem-solving aptitude.
- Substantive experience in manufacturing, housing equipment production, or related industrial sectors.
- Exemplary organizational discipline and time management proficiency, with capacity to orchestrate multiple concurrent initiatives.
