Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of verifiable project management experience in SAP implementations, particularly within manufacturing or industrial contexts. - Demonstrated expertise managing full-lifecycle SAP ERP deployments, preferably with S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6.0 platforms. - Substantial experience with ERP systems architecture, specifically SAP or Oracle EBS R12.2 environments. - Profound understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific SAP modules (PP, MM, QM, PM). - Fluent bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with exemplary business communication capabilities in both languages. - Comprehensive knowledge of diverse project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid frameworks). - Exceptional stakeholder management acumen, including productive engagement with C-suite executives. - Superior analytical capabilities and strategic problem-solving aptitude. - Substantive experience in manufacturing, housing equipment production, or related industrial sectors. - Exemplary organizational discipline and time management proficiency, with capacity to orchestrate multiple concurrent initiatives.
