Key Responsibilities: - Execute comprehensive management of automation projects from initial requirements gathering through to successful deployment and commissioning, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. - Formulate clear project parameters including objectives, frameworks, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, quality standards, control mechanisms, risk assessments, and communication protocols. - Assemble and direct high-performance teams by strategically planning resources, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring execution against established key performance indicators. - Resolve cross-functional disagreements regarding timelines, resource allocation (both human and material), quality standards, risk factors, and technological or business-critical decisions. - Maintain proactive communication with all project stakeholders, escalating issues beyond your jurisdiction to appropriate leadership channels when necessary. - Ensure strict adherence to the bank's established project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle. - Deliver comprehensive status reports on implementation progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies. - Implement appropriate agile frameworks where beneficial, orchestrating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum. - Manage project budgets with precision, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or comparable field. - Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in project management, particularly in technology implementation initiatives. - Comprehensive understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SAFe). - Working knowledge of programming fundamentals and system integration approaches to facilitate effective communication with technical specialists. - Advanced proficiency with project management solutions including MS Project 2021, JIRA (latest versions), Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Business-level English proficiency for written documentation and verbal interaction; advanced English proficiency constitutes a significant advantage. - Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations while navigating organizational complexities and competing priorities. Nice to Have: - Previous experience in financial services, investment banking, or fintech environments. - Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or comparable credentials. - Practical knowledge of banking systems, financial software applications, and regulatory requirements. - Experience with automated testing frameworks, continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies, and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their implementation within highly regulated banking environments. - Working knowledge of business process management (BPM) and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. - Demonstrated success managing distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
