Systems Analyst
Requirements & Skills:
Higher education required; higher technical education is a plus.
Relevant work experience – at least 2 years.
Knowledge of banking fundamentals.
Business process:
Knowledge of the processes in the area of responsibility, their decomposition, and the roles of participants is required.
Ability to independently make decisions about process improvements, selecting the most applicable tools and methods in the given situation;
Understanding the intersections with related business processes (information flows, triggers, dependencies).
Experience in developing new processes is desirable.
Business product (product line, description, basic accounting principles).
Regulatory framework and law enforcement practice.
Key work principles: project, RFC, FSA, change request lifecycle.
Experience with the RFC/project lifecycle and understanding the differences.
Experience identifying requirements that require approval/development in related bank departments is desirable. RP Competency – Responsible Technologist for Multi-System Tasks.
Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban).
General architectural diagram, modules, operations/entities – knowledge of the application structure, purpose of the main modules, and operations not only in their subject area but also in related areas. System configuration skills are a plus.
Experience using business process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, ARIS).
Experience preparing project documentation independently.
Experience and understanding of requirements management tools (Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm).
Experience and understanding of process modeling tools (Camunda Modeler, Bizagi, MS Visio, Drawio, plugins, etc.).
Experience preparing mockups and prototypes (MS Visio, AxureRP, Balsamiq Mockups, Figma), and Usability.
Ability to read and understand program code, knowledge of programming fundamentals, and an understanding of the organization of structures and workflows. Knowledge of general testing theory, types of testing, and terminology.
Test management tools, test cases: checklists, test cases; a test plan and methodology is a plus.
Understanding of test management tools (TestRail).
Understanding of the purpose and methods of load testing; the ability to create a standard scenario is a plus.
Knowledge of API testing theory – Test Rail, Swagger, Postman.
Knowledge of the principles and techniques of designing information exchange, understanding of integration processes.
General understanding of the TCP/IP stack, the OSI network model, and a basic understanding of APIs.
Knowledge of design pattern types.
Understanding of the principles and basic operating methods of Kafka and Rabbit MQ.
Knowledge of data analysis methodologies and principles, database prototyping (data model).
Writing simple queries – SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL databases.
Network technologies – knowledge of basic operating principles: standard protocols and software and hardware.
A plus:
Knowledge of API testing theory – Test Rail, Swagger, Postman.
Understanding the principles and basic working methods of SOA, MSA, EDA, DDA...
Knowledge of general principles and differences in approaches to deploying technical resources: deployment, updating, horizontal and vertical scaling of technical resources.
