Senior Marketing Analyst for Trading Products
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance across mobile applications, web platforms, and traditional channels to identify optimization opportunities and growth trends.
- Measure and evaluate ROI of diverse advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation and maximum marketing impact.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on critical marketing KPIs, including lead generation metrics, conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and retention statistics.
- Monitor and optimize budget distribution across paid advertising channels, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing performance outcomes.
- Execute thorough competitive research and benchmark analysis to identify market positioning opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to develop data-backed strategies for new client acquisition and retention.
- Research and implement improvements to tracking systems and analytics frameworks to enhance data collection, analysis capabilities, and reporting accuracy.
- Design intuitive dashboards that effectively visualize marketing performance and customer journey metrics for stakeholder presentations.
- Identify emerging patterns in customer behavior and market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Marketing Analyst or equivalent role with demonstrated analytical expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex data modeling, pivot tables, statistical functions, and visualization techniques.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including implementation of enhanced measurement, custom events, and advanced attribution modeling.
- Proven experience with mobile tracking platforms, particularly Adjust, with knowledge of attribution models, cohort analysis, and engagement metrics.
- Strong competency in business intelligence solutions including QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and insights generation.
- Practical understanding of OLAP Cubes, multidimensional data structures, and data warehousing principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SMM campaign strategies, and current SEO best practices.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data patterns into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
