Our international IT company seeks a strategic Head of Product Analytics to manage our specialized team. You'll leverage your expertise in Python, SQL, and Tableau to drive data-informed product decisions, implement sophisticated analytics frameworks, and cultivate a high-performing analytics culture. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a product analytics team of 3+ specialists, fostering professional growth and maintaining performance excellence. - Conduct comprehensive user behavior analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product enhancements. - Develop and optimize operational processes within the analytics team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of insights. - Collaborate closely with product managers to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable analytics frameworks. - Design and implement robust systems of metrics and KPI dashboards that accurately track product performance and user engagement. - Oversee the development and execution of A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide product iterations. - Present analytical findings to stakeholders, communicating complex data insights in accessible, actionable formats. - Establish data governance standards and best practices for analytics methodologies across the organization. - Drive the continuous improvement of data collection, processing, and visualization workflows. Required Skills & Experience - 4+ years of experience in product analytics with at least 2 years managing analytics teams of 3 people or more. - Fluent professional English for effective cross-functional communication. - Strong technical proficiency with Python 3.9+, particularly with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). - Advanced SQL skills for complex data querying and manipulation across large datasets. - Extensive experience with Tableau 2022+ or similar BI tools for creating intuitive, actionable dashboards. - Working knowledge of Apache Airflow 2.5+ for workflow orchestration and automation. - Proven track record designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor. - Experience working with product teams to define success metrics aligned with business objectives. - Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into strategic product recommendations. - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Nice to Have - Experience with additional data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker. - Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques. - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Background in product management or UX research. - Experience with real-time analytics systems and event tracking platforms. - Knowledge of data ethics and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). - Experience with Google Analytics 4 and marketing attribution models. - Previous remote work experience in distributed teams.
