  • Understand Customer Support operations, challenges, and goals, improving processes through CRM administration and consultation.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in CRM administration, including permissions, workflows, custom architecture, and system optimization. 
  • Knowledge of virtual phone systems, AI tools, APIs, integrations, and third-party platforms. 
  • Advanced skills in formulas, data validation, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity management. 
  • Ability to analyze business needs, improve operational workflows, and implement cross-functional solutions. 
  • Experience in troubleshooting, user support, training, and documentation. 
  • English level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced).

Database engineer

A video game localization studio working with international clients and teams is seeking a confident database developer for a project to create a database for video game localization management.

Currently, there is a need to create an internal system for the efficient management of text and audio files for localization projects.


Project:

Development of a database that will serve as a central hub between the recording studio, the team, and end clients. This system will help track the status of audio files, scripts, project progress, and work quality. The project involves implementation based on Supabase/Directus with some specialized scripts.


What's required:

  • Develop and implement a project data and asset management system
  • Ensure integration between the recording studio, team, and clients
  • Maintain and develop the system after implementation, including adding new features
  • Suggest technical solutions, plan work stages, and implement them


Requirements:

Experience in database developer roles 5+ years

  • Experience developing databases and content management systems (preferably Supabase, Directus)

We are seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to participate in a project to integrate Platform V Works with a large company's corporate system. The candidate must have deep knowledge and extensive experience in automating application development, testing, and deployment processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a CI/CD infrastructure using modern tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible).
  • Automate application deployment to cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure service stability.
  • Optimize infrastructure solutions to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Participate in the development of microservice architecture and design.
  • Integrate corporate systems and platforms.


Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
