Project: A new trading platform for active traders.
Stage: Beta launch has been completed, currently in a rapid product upgrade phase.
You will participate in:
– product architecture;
– building the trading interface;
– real-time market data;
– trading flows;
– wallets and blockchain integrations;
– referral and reward systems;
– internal admin tools;
– analytics;
– development automation;
– creating an AI-native engineering environment for the entire team.
Who we are looking for:
Strong technical foundation
- Frontend (React, TypeScript, modern frontend stack),
- Backend (Node.js, TypeScript, API / WebSocket / real-time systems, databases and integrations),
- Web3 projects.
We are choosing developers who:
– can turn an idea or business task into a working product;
– are able to work without detailed technical specifications and make independent decisions;
– know how to make technical decisions and explain them;
– use AI not just as autocomplete, but as a full-fledged development tool;
– actively work with Claude Code / Codex / Cursor / similar AI coding tools;
– know how to build their own AI agents and multi-agent workflows for development;
– automate testing, debugging, code review, documentation, and repetitive engineering work;
– have the knowledge to make development faster and of higher quality;
– are ready to dive deep into the product, not just close tickets.
Candidates with prior experience in the following are especially interesting: autonomous coding agents, agent orchestration, automated QA, AI-assisted architecture, AI code review, internal developer agents, and their own development pipelines built on top of LLMs.
