Senior Full-Stack Engineer — React / Node.js / AI Agents

Project: A new trading platform for active traders.

Stage: Beta launch has been completed; the product is now in a rapid upgrade phase.

You will work on both the product itself and the engineering environment behind it.

Tasks:

• product architecture and technical decisions;
• building and evolving the trading interface;
• real-time market data and WebSocket-based communication;
• trading flows and user account operations;
• wallets, deposits, withdrawals, and blockchain integrations;
• referral and reward systems;
• internal admin tools;
• analytics and data flows;
• development automation;
• creating an AI-native engineering environment for the entire team.

Who we a looking for:

Strong technical foundation

1. Frontend

• React + TypeScript;
• modern frontend architecture and state management;
• understanding of how application state is structured, synchronized and updated;
• experience building complex, data-intensive interfaces.

2. Backend

• Node.js + TypeScript;
• API design and integration;
• WebSocket and real-time systems;
• databases and data modeling;
• experience designing reliable transactional flows.

We are particularly interested in engineers who understand not only how to implement a feature, but how the system should behave under real-world conditions:

• how real-time connections are established, authenticated, managed and terminated;
• where connection and application state should live and who owns it;
• how data moves from backend to frontend and is synchronized;
• how financial operations and balances are stored and updated;
• how to handle concurrent operations and race conditions;
• how to make operations idempotent and prevent duplicate processing;
• how to maintain data consistency when external systems, APIs or blockchain transactions are involved;
• how to design failure handling, retries and recovery.

3. Web3

• hands-on experience with Web3 / blockchain projects;
• wallet integrations and transaction flows;
• understanding of blockchain transaction lifecycle and confirmation states;
• experience integrating blockchain data with backend and/or frontend systems.

• are comfortable working across frontend, backend and integrations when the product requires it;
• are ready to dive deep into the product, not just close tickets.

AI Native Development:

AI is a core part of how we build the product.

We are looking for engineers who use AI as a full-fledged development tool, not just as autocomplete.

You should be comfortable with tools such as:

• Claude Code;
• Codex;
• Cursor;
• or similar AI coding tools.

We are particularly interested in experience with:

• building custom AI agents and multi-agent workflows for development;
• autonomous coding workflows;
• AI-assisted architecture and implementation;
• automated testing and QA;
• AI code review;
• debugging and root-cause analysis;
• automated documentation;
• internal developer agents and tools;
• LLM-based development pipelines;
• reducing repetitive engineering work through automation.

The important part is not simply using an AI tool, but knowing how to build a reliable development workflow around it — including task decomposition, context management, verification, testing, review and iteration.
