A video game localization studio working with international clients and teams is seeking a confident database developer for a project to create a database for video game localization management.

Currently, there is a need to create an internal system for the efficient management of text and audio files for localization projects.

Project:

Development of a database that will serve as a central hub between the recording studio, the team, and end clients. This system will help track the status of audio files, scripts, project progress, and work quality. The project involves implementation based on Supabase/Directus with some specialized scripts.

What's required:

• Develop and implement a project data and asset management system
• Ensure integration between the recording studio, team, and clients
• Maintain and develop the system after implementation, including adding new features
• Suggest technical solutions, plan work stages, and implement them

Requirements:

Experience in database developer roles 5+ years

• Experience developing databases and content management systems (preferably Supabase, Directus)
• Scripting skills for task automation
• Ability to analyze requirements, formulate technical solutions, and plan project execution
• Active participation in discussions and suggest implementation options
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with responsibility for results

Additional information:

• Knowledge of English would be an advantage, as working documentation and communication can be conducted in English.
• There is a technical specification, but it is designed for a wide range of solutions and requires revision based on specialist suggestions and technical capabilities.

An experienced Project Manager is needed to effectively manage Platform V Works integration processes. The objective is to ensure the successful implementation of integration solutions within schedule and budget, while maintaining high quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the full Platform V Works integration cycle, including defining goals, creating plans, allocating resources, and monitoring execution.
• Coordinating the team (architect, developers, and testers) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Regular communication with key stakeholders (customers, management, and colleagues), providing progress reports, and identifying potential obstacles.
• Identifying and mitigating risks, managing project changes, and supporting informed management decision-making.
• Organizing and participating in meetings and other project-related events, maintaining documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as an IT project manager.

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience successfully integrating complex solutions and platforms.
• Experience managing large, multi-level projects.
• High level of responsibility and the ability to make independent decisions, including working in a team of specialists from other fields.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with SberTech technologies, familiarity with and/or experience integrating the Platform V Works platform.
• Skills in risk management and project restructuring.

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, SNMP-Exporter, Streaming Telemetry, OpenTelemetry, and other related technologies.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage Prometheus-based monitoring solutions, including configurations and alert rules.

- Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing Grafana dashboards.

- Configure SNMP modules/jobs to scrape SNMP metrics for different network technologies in a very optimized way.

- Strong knowledge of Git to be able to clone working branches, develop, and commit to the main branch. Or other approaches, but show a strong hold on Git usage.

- Identify and onboard new metrics from various systems and applications, developing data pipelines for metrics collection and storage.

- Optimize and scale monitoring environments to handle large volumes of metrics and ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.

- Implement and manage Streaming Telemetry solutions for real-time data collection and monitoring.

- Integrate and manage OpenTelemetry for comprehensive tracing and observability across services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data collection, monitoring configurations, and dashboard performance.

- Ensure proper instrumentation of applications and infrastructure with DevOps, development, and operations teams.

- Document configurations, procedures, and provide training to team members and stakeholders.

Skills

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and practices.

- Extensive experience with Prometheus and related technologies (Alertmanager, Pushgateway, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of time-series databases and monitoring concepts.

- Proficiency in writing Prometheus queries (PromQL).

- Strong experience with Grafana and its ecosystem.

- Proficiency in creating and managing Grafana dashboards and panels.

- Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.

- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools and practices.

- Strong knowledge of SNMP protocols and network device management.

- Experience with SNMP-Exporter and its integration with Prometheus.

- Strong in SNMP module creation and scrape congas for various network technologies.

- Strong understanding of metrics and monitoring concepts.

- Experience with metrics collection tools (Prometheus, Telegraf, Collectd, etc.).

- Experience with Streaming Telemetry solutions for real-time monitoring.

- Experience with OpenTelemetry for tracing and observability.

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (Bash, Python).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualification 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related. 

- 5+ years of experience in monitoring and observability roles.

- Proficiency in tools like Prometheus, Grafana, PromQL, Alertmanager, Alert Framework, GitHub, SNMP-exporter, Streaming-Telemetry, Otel.

- Strong coding and scripting skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
