Targeting Specialist

We are looking for a specialist or a team who can consistently deliver qualified leads for the pension annuity niche in Kazakhstan. We work strictly on a CPL (cost per lead) basis — payment is made only for leads that meet the criteria.
Lead Requirements:
- Age 45+ (or 40+ for OPPV)
- Submitted a request / filled out a form showing interest in early retirement and transferring funds from ENPF
- Indicated pension savings of at least 10M ₸ (preferably 12M ₸ or more)
- Provided name + phone number + WhatsApp
Workflow:
- You deliver the leads
- I personally qualify each lead (phone call / WhatsApp)
- If the lead meets the criteria — I pay immediately (card transfer)
We start with a test batch of 5 leads to evaluate quality.
Traffic Source:
- Primarily Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
