Project description

The Website contains multiple elements: several hundred industry and product pages that need to be translated, a Marketing Automation infrastructure, connected data integration and management, a new data reporting infrastructure, new lead conversion processes etc. It needs to be rolled out across 11 countries in Western Europe in 6 local languages.


Tasks:

  • Managing of the end-to-end deployment process of a new digital platform, including the migration and update of product detail information, marketing assets, customer journeys and technical content.
  • Consulting of cross-functional teams to check for accuracy, consistency and completeness of content and product data throughout the migration.
  • Managing related communication with stakeholders, including functional departments and business units at (global) regional and local level.
  • Managing regional teams and local country representatives to check on project goals and timelines.
  • Monitoring project timeline and progress, manage risks and checking for timely delivery of milestones.
  • Preparing, communicating, and presenting of regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting (showcasing) key achievements and addressing challenges proactively. Presentation is done via Project Meetings. Documentation of milestones in tracking tool.
  • Checking Product Information Management initiatives to optimize content accuracy and efficient delivery.


Main requirements

  • Experience in development of project from scratch for 5+ years.
  • Experience leading communication with stakeholders and project team members.
  • Experience of working productively independently.
  • Location - Europe.
  • Language - Fluent English, knowledge of German will be a plus.


The following timelines are to be adhered to by the contractor during the provision of the service: Go-live for the website is set for 1. July 2025 in MVP status with limited pages online. Setting up of full website with all pages in scope and Marketing Automation flows by end of the year 2025.

Requirements

● Experience in HR analytics.

● Experience in automating HR processes.

● Experience analyzing HR processes.

● Experience in writing functional and technical requirements, experience in interacting with business customers, developers.

● Systemic and analytical thinking.

Experienced Excel user (summary tables, working with databases, formulas, preferably macros).

Basic knowledge of reporting principles of any analytics systems (Tableu, Qlik, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).


Responsibilities

Participation in the project of HR function automation (training, development, evaluation, individual planning of educational activities, goal setting) of the Group of companies based on WebSoft HCM (WebTutor).

Immersion in automated processes, role of system expert and implementation of HR processes in the system (functionally and technically, but without having to read and parse system code).

Collecting, processing and analyzing HR data.

Preparing conclusions and proposals based on the data.

Searching for system errors in data sources, forming proposals for their correction.

Conducting functional testing.

Forming a development register together with the project team.

Description and modeling of business processes (interviews, collection, analysis of information, development of processes and schemes in Visio).

Data visualization, creation of dashboards.

Ensuring compliance of the company's quality management system with the requirements of external regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and support of the corporate network;
  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation of computer and office equipment;
  • Ensuring information security, management of security policies;
  • Support of 1C, including database backup;
  • Solving tasks on configuration and system administration, diagnostics and troubleshooting of typical PCs, office equipment, network equipment;
  • Network monitoring, development and implementation of proposals for network infrastructure development, restoration of local network operability in case of failures or failure of network equipment;
  • Selection and purchase of computer components and peripherals for equipment according to technical specifications;
  • Installation and configuration of operating system on devices;
  • Developing instructions and procedures for information security and software operation;

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education;
  • Experience of 3 years in the position: IT-specialist, system administrator;
  • Knowledge of server products MS Exchange 2013/2016, MS Windows Server 2012/2016;
  • Knowledge of the principles of network protocols and principles of building computer networks and VPN;
  • Experience in working with service documentation;
  • Knowledge of English (as an advantage).
