As a Social Media Manager and SMM Specialist, you will spearhead profile optimization and develop comprehensive social media strategies for our digital marketing agency. You ensure each social account delivers brand visibility, engagement, and growth. You collaborate closely with the content manager to maintain consistency, leverage analytics, and drive audience expansion across platforms. Key Responsibilities - Audit and optimize presence on major networks, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. - Research competitor tactics and benchmark performance to inform creative improvements. - Develop and implement data-driven social media campaigns aligned with brand goals. - Create and maintain integrated content calendars for cross-channel consistency. - Configure intuitive navigation, embed widgets, apps, and tracking pixels. - Implement A/B testing for content formats to maximize reach and engagement. - Leverage social analytics dashboards to track KPIs and inform strategy. - Provide clear, detailed technical briefs to designers for visual assets. - Manage community interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster engagement. - Coordinate influencer outreach and partnership collaborations. - Report performance insights, present recommendations, and refine tactics. Required Skills - Minimum 3 years agency-based SMM experience on varied projects. - Deep understanding of social media algorithms and optimization techniques. - Proficiency in platforms: Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social. - Skilled at drafting precise technical specifications for designers. - Familiar with widget integration, third-party apps, and pixel setup. - Strong analytical mindset; capable of interpreting metrics and KPIs. - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Proven ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines reliably. - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Nice to Have - Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads). - Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals, and SEM basics. - Familiarity with graphic design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite. - Exposure to AI-driven SMM tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Loomly). - Background in influencer marketing and community growth tactics. Responsibilities

  • Research, communicate and establish cooperation with potential advertising partners for varied online campaigns, acquire traffic using different models (CPA, CPI, CPC, CPM, etc.).
  • Establish and manage long-run relationships with advertising partners. Maintain a high level of communication with traffic sources.
  • Plan, set up, and maintain mobile and web ad campaigns on different ad networks and other traffic sources.
  • Track and monitor the performance of each network.
  • Collaboration with the Front-end team for creating and updating creatives for ad networks.
  • Collaboration with the Paid Acquisition team in order to scale successful campaigns to new markets.
  • The main goal is to acquire as many new quality leads to the platform as possible, keeping the lead cost in the benchmark.


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as affiliate marketing manager, traffic manager, etc. in the affiliate network, traffic network, direct advertiser.
  • Understanding of the core principles of the performance-based marketing
  • The ability to optimize advertising campaigns and find the most effective combinations of targeting - creatives - costs.
  • Experience in gaming, gambling or financial, crypto markets is desirable.
  • Understanding what crypto and blockchain technology are and how it works is highly appreciated.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding how to work with trackers and MMPs (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Voluum, etc.)
  • High purposefulness and efficiency.
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
