Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled, entrepreneurial Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our paid media strategy globally. You’ll own full-funnel digital advertising across key platforms, driving awareness, desire, and conversion—while protecting the integrity of our luxury brand.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and execute global paid ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google (Search/Display), Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms

  •  Define and refine audience segments based on psychographics, behaviours, and cultural scent preferences

  •  Plan and optimize full-funnel strategies: awareness, engagement, retargeting, and customer loyalty

  •  Collaborate with creative and brand teams to produce performance-driven yet brand-aligned ad creatives

  •  Implement and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Conversion API, etc.) and ensure accurate attribution

  •  Analyze campaign performance and create actionable insights via reports and dashboards

  •  Localize campaigns by region (e.g., GCC, US, Europe, Asia), adapting messaging and media mix accordingly

  •  Test and iterate fast—creatives, landing pages, targeting—to find scalable wins

  •  Work closely with the investors and broader team to align on launch calendars, product drops, and messaging priorities


Required Skills & Experience

  •  3–5+ years in digital performance marketing, with experience in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle sectors

  •  Proven success in running global paid ad campaigns for premium or DTC brands

  •  Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads

  •  Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Meta, Looker Studio, Hotjar, etc.)

  •  Experience with Shopify and DTC funnels is a strong plus

  •  Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics and brand tone

  •  Experience working in or with startup environments (fast-paced, iterative, hands-on)

  •  Comfortable communicating results and ideas clearly with founders and creatives

  •  Bonus: knowledge of niche fragrance market, olfactive storytelling, or previous fragrance campaigns
