Tasks:

1) Updating the business model and product management:

• Managing the full cycle of product creation: from conducting customer development, forming and testing product hypotheses to bringing the product to market;
• Analysis of services and product solutions of competitors in Russia and abroad. Monitoring of the external environment, including the activity of competitors;
• Formation of a product vision and roadmap for 2 years of development;
• Testing monetization models;
• Defining the technological architecture/product stack for scaling tasks.

2) Customer interaction:

• Formation of a sales model (what and how we sell);
• Systematic implementation of cusdev, search for points of growth and differentiation;
• Finding clients and conducting pilot projects, monitoring metrics. Getting insights and validating hypotheses.

1) Seamless separation of the project from the UGMK structure (legal, financial, project):

• Creating the legal structure of the project;
• Transfer of rights to the product / software from UGMK to a new legal entity;
• Intellectual property protection;
• Project budget protection;
• Formation of business processes;
• Elaboration of legal and tax risks.

2) Team building:

• Management and operational team, organizational structure formation;
• Definition of KPIs and motivation systems;
• Staff training/building a corporate culture.

3) Updating the business model and product:

• Analysis of the competitive environment, market analytics, identification of points of differentiation, formation of a value proposition;
• Formation of a product vision and roadmap for 2 years of development;
• Testing monetization models;
• Preparation of asset light logistics model and its subsequent testing;
• Saturation of categories, expansion towards difficult-to-connect categories (e.g. lumber).

Responsibilities

• Research, communicate and establish cooperation with potential advertising partners for varied online campaigns, acquire traffic using different models (CPA, CPI, CPC, CPM, etc.).
• Establish and manage long-run relationships with advertising partners. Maintain a high level of communication with traffic sources.
• Plan, set up, and maintain mobile and web ad campaigns on different ad networks and other traffic sources.
• Track and monitor the performance of each network.
• Collaboration with the Front-end team for creating and updating creatives for ad networks.
• Collaboration with the Paid Acquisition team in order to scale successful campaigns to new markets.
• The main goal is to acquire as many new quality leads to the platform as possible, keeping the lead cost in the benchmark.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as affiliate marketing manager, traffic manager, etc. in the affiliate network, traffic network, direct advertiser.
• Understanding of the core principles of the performance-based marketing
• The ability to optimize advertising campaigns and find the most effective combinations of targeting - creatives - costs.
• Experience in gaming, gambling or financial, crypto markets is desirable.
• Understanding what crypto and blockchain technology are and how it works is highly appreciated.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding how to work with trackers and MMPs (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Voluum, etc.)
• High purposefulness and efficiency.
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
