International Payment Systems Manager (Visa and MasterCard)
A company specializing in providing online acquiring services and online payment solutions for businesses, providing secure and convenient payments for thousands of online stores and services, a leader in the Kazakhstan market in the field of e-commerce is looking for specialist - International Payment Systems Manager (Visa and MasterCard)
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the company's interaction with Visa and MasterCard international payment systems: establishing and maintaining partnerships, coordinating joint projects.
- Ensuring compliance with Visa/MasterCard requirements: monitoring compliance with all regulations, rules and standards (including payment security and PCI DSS), timely completion of necessary certifications.
- Introduction of new products and technologies from payment systems: work with internal development teams to integrate new services (for example, 3-D Secure, tokenization) and functionality offered by Visa and MasterCard.
- Monitoring and analysis of changes in Visa/MasterCard policies and tariffs: prompt updating of internal procedures, informing management and related departments about important changes.
- Reporting and communication: preparation of reports for international payment systems, resolution of emerging issues and disputes (transactions, chargebacks) together with the security service and technical support.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in finance, economics, or information technology).
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, payment systems or online acquiring. Practical experience of interacting with Visa/MasterCard or other international payment systems will be a significant advantage.
- A deep understanding of the mechanisms of electronic payments and bank cards, knowledge of the regulations and rules of international payment systems.
- Fluency in Russian and English (for communication with Visa/MasterCard representatives). Knowledge of the Kazakh language is welcome.
- Developed analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large amounts of documentation. Excellent communication skills, the ability to conduct business negotiations and correspondence.
- Organization, responsibility and initiative. Willingness to make independent decisions within their competence and propose improvements.
