1C Project Manager 1C

To work on a project of a large pharmaceutical company, a specialist is required for the position of Head of the 1C systems support and development group.


Responsibilities:


1. Managing a team of 1C developers, analysts, and administrators.

2. Organization of the support and operation process.

3. Development and project work

  • Coordinate, evaluate, and authorize the implementation of business requirements from users and customers.
  • Development of technical specifications for improvements and integration.
  • Planning and monitoring the implementation of projects for the refinement and implementation of new functionality.
  • Implementation of best practices and methodologies in the work of the team.

4. Technical Guidance

  • Architectural control of all improvements and changes in the system.
  • Ensuring the quality of the code, its documentation and compliance with company standards.
  • Organization of testing processes.

5. Interaction

  • Work with business customers and department heads to identify needs.
  • Interaction with related IT departments (infrastructure, BI, cybersecurity).
  • Interaction with external contractors and 1C franchisees

Requirements:

  • Work experience with 1C: at least 5 years, including at least 2 years in a managerial position (group leader, team leader, lead developer with management functions).
  • Deep knowledge of 1C:ERP configuration
  • Experience a full cycle of ERP support and development: from receiving a request from a user to being released into a productive environment.
  • Confident knowledge of the 1C platform:Enterprise 8.3.
  • Experience in organizing and maintaining project documentation (TOR, regulations, instructions).

Preferably:

  • Work experience in a manufacturing company (FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical).
  • Knowledge of the basics of SQL (writing queries, analyzing execution plans) for working with DBMS (PostgreSQL).
  • Availability of 1C certificates.
  • Experience of migration from other ERPs to 1C:ERP.
  • Knowledge of the Russian language is mandatory.
