Gameplay Developer is required to strengthen the C++ development team of the Cradle Of Empires project.
Main tasks:
- Develop gameplay features on custom C++ engine: game mechanics, UI/UX, implement new game events, A|B tests;
- Develop Math-3 modules;
- Develop and maintain scripting direction and tools for designers;
- Implement ideas to improve existing technical solutions;
- Work and collaborate in phichi teams (artists, programmers, testers, analysts, etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience in the game industry for 2 years or more;
- Confident use of C++ 11/14/17, STL;
- Use of MSVS as the main development environment;
- Experience in programming game logic, UI and graphical effects;
- Knowledge and understanding of OOP principles;
- English level - technical.
Will be a plus:
- Experience developing game applications on iOS, Android;
- Experience in using Lua (Python) scripting language;
- Experience in game tulset development (using Qt, C#/.NET);
- Participation in the development of various game projects (Unity-based or using other technologies, regardless of genres, platform).
