Technical Production Digitalization Project Manager | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to implement large-scale initiatives for the digitalization of manufacturing enterprises. You will lead the implementation of advanced technologies, including Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), machine vision systems, and artificial intelligence, aimed at improving production efficiency and optimizing technological processes. The ideal candidate has a technical background, significant experience in IT project management, and a deep understanding of modern development methodologies. Key Responsibilities - Lead the full cycle of digitalization projects — from pre-project analysis and requirements gathering to system implementation in industrial operations. - Create, develop, and provide technical support for high-load web systems for monitoring and optimizing production processes. - Develop detailed technical specifications in accordance with modern standards and Industry 4.0 requirements. - Create project plans with optimal resource allocation, critical paths, and clear timeframes. - Organize and control the preparation of software documentation in accordance with industry standards (IEEE, ISO). - Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, including developers, electronics engineers, and data analysis specialists. - Conduct effective negotiations with internal clients to clarify requirements and present achieved results. - Monitor the execution of project tasks, adherence to budget limits, and ensure the quality of developed solutions. - Implement systems for collecting and analyzing telemetry from production equipment, IoT sensors, and high-speed cameras. - Integrate artificial intelligence-based solutions for predictive analytics and optimization of production processes. Required Skills and Qualifications - Higher technical education in information technology, computer science, or industrial automation. - Proven experience in IT project management for at least 3 years, with a focus on industrial solutions and monitoring systems. - Deep understanding of modern business process description standards (BPMN 2.0, UML, IDEF0). - Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBoK 7, PRINCE2) and agile development approaches (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). - Practical experience with project and task management systems (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Monday.com, Asana). - Technical understanding of modern web technologies, microservice architecture, and principles of reliable software development.
