We are looking for Systems Analyst. Required experience: - Experience in developing and negotiating business requirements; - Experience in developing and coordinating Bank front-line business processes; - Understanding the architecture of construction and maintenance in contact centers; - Understanding the "life cycle" of a call within contact centers; - Understanding of ASR/TTS technologies; - Understanding of biometrics technologies; - Knowledge of the subject area and principles of operation of a banking organization (desirable); - Understanding the principles of service in contact centers, environment, architecture (desirable / mandatory); - Understanding the AVAYA-based contact center (desirable); - Knowledge of Jira/Confluence platforms;
