Senior Fullstack analyst

A Senior Fullstack analyst is required to participate in a project to generate BI reports for a domain on Strategic Pricing.

The main focus is on collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, describing processes and specifications, and auditing current documentation. Candidates with a focus on business analysis are needed, but they also need experience as a system analyst.

Key responsibilities:

• Requirements Collection and analysis: Identification, collection, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements from key stakeholders.
• Process modeling: Description of existing (AS IS) and target (TO BE) business processes using BPMN.
• Documentation

Preparation of comprehensive project documentation, including:

-Business Requirements (BRD, user stories)

-Technical Specifications (SRS, FSD, CR)

-Data models

-API documentation

-Technical diagrams and diagrams (UML, DFD, ERD)

- Formation of requirements for storefronts

• Communication

- Ensuring effective communication between the business, technical team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an analyst (the bias is more towards BA, but experience and CA are required)
• Knowledge of the principles and techniques of business analysis (BABOK).
• Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN.
• The ability to write technical and business documentation.
• Negotiation skills, preparation of presentations and explanatory documentation.
• Understanding the principles of the REST/SOAP API.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience working with projects in FMCG with a focus on Promo\Pricing
• Knowledge of the Russian language is required.
