Required Skills: - 5+ years of proven experience as a Database Architect or Senior Database Administrator. - Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (2019, 2022) architecture, internals, and administration. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with T-SQL coding, optimization, and performance tuning. - Demonstrated expertise in query optimization, execution plan analysis, and database performance engineering. - Proficiency with Data Manipulation Language (DML) and profound understanding of relational database design principles. - Experience implementing sophisticated data modeling techniques—balancing normalization, denormalization, and performance considerations. - Strong command of database security frameworks, including column-level encryption, Always Encrypted, and Dynamic Data Masking. - Hands-on experience with high-availability solutions such as Always On Availability Groups and database mirroring. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into optimal database architectures.
