Senior 1C:ERP Consultant: SAP to 1C Migration Expert | Remote Role

Key Responsibilities - Conduct thorough business process analysis across client organizations, identifying inefficiencies and optimization opportunities. - Gather, formalize, and document complex stakeholder requirements with precision and clarity. - Develop comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and functional design documents. - Create detailed technical assignments for development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Review and coordinate technical specifications with clients, securing sign-off on proposed solutions. - Execute system modeling, integration testing, and quality assurance procedures. - Lead user acceptance testing and facilitate formal client approval processes. - Design and deliver tailored training programs for diverse user groups. - Provide expert-level consultation during implementation phases and post-deployment support. - Author intuitive user documentation and knowledge base materials. - Perform in-depth data analysis within client information systems to identify inconsistencies. - Implement troubleshooting protocols to resolve technical and functional issues. Required Skills & Experience - Minimum participation in 2+ successful 1C:ERP implementation projects as Consultant or Senior Consultant. - Extensive expertise in 1C:ERP 2.5+ operational accounting modules, particularly sales and CRM subsystems. - Alternative qualification: Substantial experience implementing 1C:Trade Management 11 (UT 11). - Comprehensive understanding of 1C:ERP architectural principles and configuration capabilities. - Proven track record developing technical documentation, including specifications, functional designs, and test scenarios. - Advanced analytical abilities with capacity to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. - Experience with data migration methodologies, especially SAP to 1C transitions. - Superior problem-solving capabilities in enterprise-level ERP environments. - Excellent communication skills—ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Self-directed work ethic suitable for remote collaboration.
