Senior 1C ERP Analyst

Our international company is searching for a talented 1C ERP Analyst to join our technical team and work on our advanced trading product. In this role, you'll implement 1C ERP and Payroll solutions, collaborate with key business stakeholders, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of 1C ERP and Payroll systems for trading operations.

- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather essential business process information.

- Analyze business requirements and develop detailed project documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira.

- Create technical specifications for 1C developers based on evolving business needs.

- Monitor development timelines and enforce quality assurance metrics.

- Participate in testing of newly developed functionality before production deployment.

- Provide consulting support to system users across various departments.

- Develop operational documentation and user instructions for different stakeholders.

- Guide pilot projects from concept to successful implementation.

- Collaborate effectively with international team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 1+ years of experience in a 1C technical support or analyst role.

- Expertise in creating technical requirements for 1C developers and reviewing implementations.

- Experience in accepting development results and testing functionality.

- Strong SQL knowledge for data manipulation and reporting.

- Experience developing project documentation and user instructions.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, personnel accounting, finance, and budgeting.

- Pre-intermediate to intermediate English proficiency for international communication.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.

- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, Jira, Confluence, and LeanIX.

- Knowledge of 1C Trade and ERP configurations, particularly in:

 - Procurement processes and inventory management.

 - Sales operations and customer relationship management.

 - Budgeting systems and financial forecasting.

 - Treasury operations and cash flow management.

 - Production processes and resource planning.

 - Normative Reference Information (NSI) systems implementation.

- Previous experience in multicultural, international environments.

- Advanced English skills beyond the intermediate level.

- Demonstrated remote work experience showcasing self-discipline and time management.
