Senior 1C ERP Analyst | Remote with Relocation to Montenegro

Our international organization seeks an experienced 1C ERP Analyst to enhance our business operations through advanced trading system implementations. This role combines technical expertise with business process acumen to deliver impactful solutions across our enterprise platforms. About The Role You will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and development teams, transforming complex requirements into actionable technical specifications. Working with the latest 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and modern ERP configurations, you'll help optimize our trading operations through sophisticated software solutions. Key Responsibilities - Spearhead implementation initiatives for 1C:Enterprise ERP and Payroll modules with emphasis on trading functionality. - Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather precise business requirements across departments. - Develop detailed technical specifications for 1C developers that include acceptance criteria and performance expectations. - Create and maintain project documentation following industry best practices and internal standards. - Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through 1C implementations. - Provide expert consulting support to users across financial, procurement, and sales departments. - Develop user-friendly operational documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles. - Monitor development progress against established timelines and quality metrics. - Execute thorough testing protocols for newly developed functionality before production deployment. - Participate actively in pilot implementations, gathering feedback and implementing refinements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent business process integration. Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in a 1C analyst or similar technical support role. - Demonstrated proficiency with 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and its core modules. - Experience creating technical requirements documents for development teams and evaluating delivered results. - Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, analysis, and basic database management. - Practical understanding of accounting principles, personnel management, finance, and budgeting processes. - Experience developing comprehensive project documentation and end-user instructions. - Ability to communicate effectively in English at Pre-intermediate or Intermediate level. - Strong analytical thinking with methodical approach to problem-solving. - Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. - Customer-oriented mindset with focus on delivering practical business solutions. Nice to Have - Experience with modern development and project management tools: Visual Studio 2022, Jira, Confluence, and LeanIX. - Practical knowledge of 1C Trade Management, ERP configurations, and related modules. - Familiarity with business processes in procurement, sales, budgeting, treasury, and production. - Experience with Normative-Reference Information (NSI) management and maintenance. - Previous participation in full-cycle 1C implementation projects. - Understanding of integration approaches between 1C and third-party systems. - Certifications in 1C:Enterprise platform or business analysis methodologies.
