Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated reporting ecosystems utilizing Microsoft Power BI platform, incorporating complex DAX formulas and Power Query M transformations for nuanced data modeling.

- Collect, process, and transform datasets from disparate sources (SQL databases, web interfaces, Excel repositories) to address critical business inquiries with precision and insight.

- Architect and deploy database structures and ETL workflows that optimize data accessibility, maintaining performance while handling increasing data volumes.

- Conduct comprehensive monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, communicating findings effectively to executive leadership and departmental stakeholders.

- Collaborate across business units to capture analytical requirements, develop detailed technical specifications, and implement robust analytical models.

- Refine existing data models to reduce computational overhead and enhance query performance, ensuring scalable and responsive business intelligence systems.


Nice to Have

- Familiarity with 1C enterprise system data structures.

- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics methodologies.

- Background in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and Data Science approaches.

- Prior project experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics environments.

- Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation in English.
