As a key member of their analytical team, you'll contribute directly to strategic decision-making that impacts patient access to essential treatments.


Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive pharmaceutical market analysis including assortment portfolio evaluation, sales channel optimization, and competitive intelligence gathering.

- Perform detailed sales analytics with plan/actual comparisons and multi-factor analysis using advanced data visualization tools.

- Implement and maintain regular monitoring systems for emerging trends in the pharmaceutical marketplace.

- Research and identify new promising assortment niches using data-driven methodologies.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine the company's assortment matrix based on analytical findings.

- Participate actively in corporate budget formation processes, including strategic decomposition across organizational levels.

- Develop actionable business insights from complex pharmaceutical datasets.

- Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize product portfolios and market positioning.


Required Skills

- Proven experience (5+ years) in data analysis within pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

- Exceptional proficiency with MS Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query M, and data normalization techniques.

- Strong understanding of database management system fundamentals and data architecture.

- Advanced MS Excel skills with demonstrated ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.

- Structured analytical thinking and ability to develop robust analysis methodologies.

- Experience collecting and processing data from diverse sources while maintaining data integrity.

- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.

- Experience with mathematical statistics methods and predictive modeling techniques.

- Background in Big Data technologies or Data Science applications in pharmaceutical contexts.

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain dynamics and market access strategies.
