We are looking for Business/CRM Analyst (Senior). Required experience: Experience with CRM. 2+ years of experience in product/marketing/CRM analytics. Knowledge and practical experience in solving the main tasks of product and marketing analytics, incl. Knowledge of online sales and communication channels and their key differences. Understanding of ETL processes in Internet marketing and product analytics. Experience with personalization tools and internal CRM communications tools. Appsflyer, myTracker, Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, AppMetrica. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (Oracle, Hadoop, Vertica). Experience with visualization systems (Power BI, Superset, Tableau, Datalens, Google Data Studio, QlikView/QlikSense). Knowledge of tools for automating the collection, statistical processing of raw data (R/Python).I4
