We are seeking an AI engineer (n8n) to develop a chatbot for hotel sales management. This project is in the hotel industry for a high-tech group of companies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI chatbots to automate communication with guests (Telegram, WhatsApp, website).
• Create complex automated workflows on the n8n platform for end-to-end sales and booking process management.
• Integrate chatbots and workflows with our internal systems: PMS (Property Management System), CRM, and messaging apps.
• Develop scripts for processing intents: checking room availability, calculating prices, accepting reservations, answering frequently asked questions, and handling cancellations.
• Configure automatic triggered communications (check-in reminders, collecting reviews, and making personalized offers).
• Implement RAG mechanisms to ensure the chatbot always uses up-to-date information on rates, promotions, and hotel policies.
• Analyze automation effectiveness and improve scripts and prompts to increase conversion and service quality.
