We need a specialist for the position of TeamLead, Middle+/Senior level.

Project description:

Project of transfer to microservice architecture

There is already 1 integration team, the size is around 20 people. In addition to the integration team on the project, several other teams from different systems are developing solutions based on their boxes. The methodology is close to Kanban.

Main tasks:

  • Task allocation and load planning in the team.
  • Building interaction with internal customers.
  • Maintaining project reporting and analytics related to the work of the team.

Experience requirements:

  • Work experience as a project manager, product owner, or team leader for at least 1.5 years.
  • Convincing soft skills: communication, empathy, leadership.
  • Experience in system analysis is desirable.
  • Experience with integrations is required.
