System Analyst

We are looking for a specialist for the position of System Analyst to work on a fintech project.

Project: You will be developing and supporting modern systems for automating and accounting cash operations and ATM transactions, transitioning from an outdated platform to a new one. Your work will determine the future of cash banking services. A large agile team of 20 people.

Technology stack of the project: Java, Spring (Boot) Framework, ActiveMQ Artemis, Kafka, PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a system analyst;
• Experience in fintech projects and understanding of the subject area;
• Ability to quickly understand complex software products and new subject areas to accomplish assigned tasks;
• Skill in formalizing business requirements for successful project implementation;
• Understanding of the basic principles and approaches to building corporate application architecture to participate in solution development;
• Experience in designing various integration solutions to ensure interaction between systems;
• Mandatory skills in working with and designing APIs (synchronous and asynchronous) to create effective interfaces;
• Experience in data model design, as well as confident proficiency in SQL for working with databases.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of accounting practices applied in credit organizations for a deeper understanding of the subject area;
• Understanding of code written in Java for effective interaction with developers;
• Proficiency in the Russian language is mandatory.

Tasks:

• Gather and structure requirements;
• Interact with various bank teams, developing integrations with other services and platforms;
• Transform business tasks into clear requirements for developers;
• Participate in forming the team's backlog, suggesting ideas for product improvement;
• Develop a knowledge base;
• Participate in optimizing internal team processes;
• Engage in testing tasks and be involved in technical implementation.
