A large IT company specializing in the creation, construction, and development of IT infrastructures for businesses is looking for a specialist for the position of System Administrator/Second Line Support Engineer


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a system administrator;
  • Basic knowledge of Astra Linux;
  • Experience in user interaction and training;
  • Experience working with vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting issues with Automated Workplaces (AWP) on Astra Linux (related to application functionality, printer operations, docking stations, etc.);
  • Reporting issues to vendors and implementing their recommendations on the test stand and with first-line support;
  • Automated migration to Linux (training on using Atom.Port will be provided);
  • Supporting first-line engineers and writing instructions for them.
