Senior UI/UX Designer | Remote Product Design Specialist

You'll be instrumental in transmuting complex business requirements into intuitive, engaging user experiences. This position necessitates a strategic thinker who can harmonize creative design solutions with business imperatives and technical parameters.

Key Responsibilities

- Shape and propel the overarching product vision while delivering meticulous designs for specific scenarios including analytics dashboards and proposal generation tools.

- Facilitate cross-functional product teams by crafting compelling concept presentations, formulating comprehensive business requirements, and overseeing implementation throughout development cycles.

- Systematize existing processes and propose data-driven enhancements to elevate user experience and business efficiency.

- Conduct exhaustive market research to identify emergent trends and opportunities, then translate customer needs into digital solutions through user-centered design methodologies.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups utilizing Figma and other contemporary design tools.

- Develop and maintain robust design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products and platforms.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

- Participate in user testing sessions and incorporate feedback into iterative design refinements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer operating in product-focused, cross-functional teams.

- Impressive portfolio showcasing UI design projects for mobile and web applications, demonstrating your process from initial conceptualization to final product delivery.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design system implementation.

- Comprehensive understanding of modern visual interface design principles, trends, and best practices including responsive design, accessibility standards, and platform-specific guidelines.

- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate requirements and forge partnerships with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.

- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, including the capacity to propose multiple solutions and defend your recommendations with data-driven arguments.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
