Senior ServiceNow ITSM/Asset Management Expert | Remote Work
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a bilingual expert fluent in Japanese and English, you will eliminate communication barriers when implementing first-class ServiceNow solutions for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow ITSM and Asset Management implementation projects from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their unique business needs.
- Transform business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Work closely with HCL's global ServiceNow solution/implementation teams to effectively communicate client requirements.
- Present proposed solutions to clients with clear explanations of technical concepts.
- Oversee global and local implementation and ongoing management of ServiceNow ITSM/Asset Management.
- Create detailed documentation, including pre- and post-implementation reports.
- Perform basic translation and proofreading of technical documents between Japanese and English.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage relationships with multiple clients simultaneously in a shared service model.
- Coordinate with third-party partners to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Optimize ServiceNow platform configuration to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
Have a Nice
- More than 10 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM and Asset Management solutions.
- Proven experience with successful ServiceNow implementations specifically in the Japanese market.
- Comprehensive understanding of ITSM processes, frameworks, and best practices (preferably ITIL v4).
- Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Expertise in asset discovery methodologies and tools.
- Business proficiency in Japanese and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience working on large-scale ServiceNow projects in Japan.
- Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current ServiceNow certifications (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
