Senior Product Manager
Remotely
Full-time
Office
This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full product development cycle — from idea to release — and directly shape the future of our customer experience.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team working closely with business stakeholders, tech leads, and developers in your own product stream. If you're an independent thinker with deep fintech experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive initiatives from 0 to 1 — we’d love to talk to you.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end product development: from ideation, validation, and requirements gathering to go-to-market and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners, developers, and design to build impactful solutions.
- Analyze and improve customer behaviour and product metrics using tools like Mixpanel (we expect you to be a power user).
- Act as a business analyst on your features: gather requirements, translate them into user stories, prioritize based on business impact.
- Maintain a well-structured backlog and workflow in JIRA.
- Drive measurable outcomes: higher retention, better UX, increased monetization.
- Be proactive and bring industry best practices from the fintech world.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product management, ideally in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams.
- Strong skills in product discovery, market and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel and JIRA — no need for onboarding here.
- Comfortable working independently, yet collaborative by nature.
- Analytical mindset: able to dig into data, spot trends, and make product decisions backed by insights.
- Fluent in English.
What we offer
- Remote-friendly culture — or join the Podgorica office (modern, bright, and comfortable).
- A team of friendly, motivated professionals who love what they do.
- Open communication, fast decision-making, real opportunities for career growth, no micromanagement, lots of autonomy and trust.
