Key Responsibilities - Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift 4.x with a focus on reliability and performance. - Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android) leveraging TeamCity, Atlassian tools, and modern automation practices. - Collaborate cross-functionally with development and QA teams to resolve infrastructure challenges and implement strategic improvements. - Implement comprehensive DevSecOps practices, including container security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring. - Create and maintain detailed infrastructure documentation to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing. - Design and manage robust monitoring and observability solutions using ELK/EFK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana for proactive issue identification. - Automate infrastructure provisioning through Infrastructure as Code methodologies using Terraform, Ansible, and other cutting-edge tools. - Establish GitOps workflows for consistent, version-controlled infrastructure and application deployments. - Optimize mobile application build pipelines integrating Firebase, TestFlight, and Apple Developer environments for seamless delivery. - Diagnose and resolve complex system performance issues with a focus on permanent, scalable solutions. - Lead technical initiatives that improve infrastructure resilience, security posture, and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of progressive experience in DevOps engineering or infrastructure architecture roles. - Advanced expertise in containerization technologies and orchestration platforms, particularly Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift 4.x. - Comprehensive knowledge of Linux administration, including system configuration, performance optimization, and advanced troubleshooting techniques. - Demonstrated proficiency with NGINX configuration, load balancing strategies, and security hardening. - Substantial experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms. - Strong command of at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell) for automation and tooling. - In-depth understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP protocols, and network security fundamentals. - Proven track record implementing infrastructure automation using declarative IaC tools like Terraform and configuration management with Ansible. - Practical experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for workflow management and team collaboration. - Working knowledge of database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL administration and optimization. - Experience implementing comprehensive logging and monitoring solutions using industry-standard tools and practices. - Strong foundation in security principles applied to infrastructure and application deployment lifecycles. Nice to Have - Hands-on experience with ServiceMesh implementations such as Istio or Linkerd. - Familiarity with mobile application development frameworks and technologies (Kotlin, Swift). - Experience managing artifact repositories like Nexus Artifactory for dependency management. - Knowledge of code quality tools, particularly SonarQube integration within CI/CD pipelines. - Expertise configuring and maintaining macOS build environments, especially MacMini infrastructure. - Cloud platform certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience architecting and supporting microservices environments at scale. - Contributions to open-source DevOps tooling or community projects. - Practical implementation of chaos engineering principles for infrastructure resilience validation.
