We're seeking an experienced Bitrix24 Consultant/Architect to spearhead the implementation of enterprise-grade CRM solutions based on Bitrix24 box edition. In this role, you'll be responsible for architecting comprehensive CRM environments, developing technical specifications according to GOST standards, and ensuring successful deployment on MS Azure infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Bitrix24 corporate projects and 1C integration capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Develop detailed technical specifications (TOR) according to GOST standards for Bitrix24 CRM implementation, including system presentations and comprehensive work plans. - Define and document the functional scope of the CRM system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives. - Establish and configure user role hierarchies with appropriate access permissions based on organizational structure and security requirements. - Determine technical system requirements including hardware specifications, communication channels, administration protocols, security measures, backup procedures, update management, and operational support frameworks. - Plan and execute integration strategies with 1C accounting software and other third-party business systems through Bitrix24's API capabilities. - Design and implement customized report structures that deliver actionable business intelligence and performance metrics. - Evaluate implementation projects based on the technical specifications, including detailed project planning with stages, tasks, timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and effort estimation. - Deploy and configure Bitrix24 box edition (CRM + online store) on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Create a unified environment for effective project management, including workflow automation and business process optimization. - Produce comprehensive documentation including design decisions, technical specifications, and operational manuals following industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and customizing Bitrix24 solutions, with specific focus on box/on-premise editions for corporate clients. - Proven track record of successful Bitrix24 and 1C integration projects, including data synchronization and workflow automation. - Strong understanding of CRM architecture principles and best practices for enterprise-level implementations. - Proficiency in technical documentation preparation according to GOST standards and technical requirement specifications. - Experience with Microsoft Azure deployment and management for business applications. - Knowledge of security best practices for CRM systems, including data protection and access control mechanisms. - Excellent project management skills with ability to estimate timelines, resources, and potential implementation challenges. - Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical specifications. - Advanced problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have - BUS (Business User Solution) knowledge and practical implementation experience. - Certification in Bitrix24 administration or development. - Experience with PHP and JavaScript for Bitrix24 customization. - Knowledge of additional integration platforms beyond 1C. - Experience with e-commerce implementations and online store configurations. - Background in business process automation and workflow optimization. - Experience with data migration from legacy systems to Bitrix24. - Knowledge of ITIL practices for service management.
