As their new BI Analyst, you'll transform complex pharmaceutical data into strategic insights that drive decision-making across all business verticals. Key Responsibilities - Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated reporting ecosystems on the Power BI platform, leveraging advanced DAX formulas and Power Query M language to create compelling visualizations. - Extract, process, and transform diverse datasets from multiple sources (SQL databases, web interfaces, Excel workbooks) to answer critical business questions and support evidence-based decisions. - Design and implement efficient database structures and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that ensure data integrity, reliability, and accessibility. - Conduct regular monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of key performance indicators, providing clear explanations of metric behaviors to executive leadership and key stakeholders. - Gather comprehensive business requirements, develop detailed technical specifications, and build robust data models aligned with organizational objectives. - Optimize existing data models to enhance performance, reduce processing overhead, and improve overall system efficiency. - Market research (competitive landscape analysis, assortment optimization, market trend identification). - Working capital management (accounts receivable/payable analysis, inventory optimization). Required Skills - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field. - Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Power BI, including advanced DAX formulas, Power Query M language, and data normalization principles. - Solid understanding of database management system fundamentals and relational database architecture. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel 2019/365 including complex functions, pivot tables, macros, and specialized add-ins. - Familiarity with data structures in enterprise resource planning systems like 1C (highly desirable). - Practical experience with T-SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and SSIS packages (preferred). - Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques; experience with BigData technologies and DataScience methodologies (advantageous). - Proven project management experience with ability to interpret technical documentation in English. - Exceptional analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
