Senior 1C Developer | Remote Position | ERP & Trade Management Systems

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software products based on 1C:8.3 platform including Trade Management, Accounting 3.0, Payroll 2.5/3.1, and Management of Corporate Finance. - Create and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and business analytics tools to enhance strategic decision-making processes. - Implement new system functionalities and features according to evolving business requirements and market demands. - Modify and customize standard 1C configurations to meet specific operational needs and improve overall user experience. - Execute performance optimization for existing configurations to enhance system speed, responsiveness, and resource utilization. - Configure and administer both standard and non-standard 1C-based solutions across multiple business units. - Develop secure data management protocols to ensure information confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations. - Build robust integrations between 1C systems and third-party applications, websites, and services using REST API and other integration methods. - Participate in migration projects, facilitating smooth transitions from legacy versions to newer 1C platforms with minimal business disruption. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business users of 1C applications to ensure continuous operations. - Document development processes, configuration changes, and integration specifications for knowledge transfer and continuity. Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in 1C development, configuration, and customization. - Strong expertise in multiple 1C products including: Trade Management, Payroll 2.5/3.1, Accounting 3.0, and Management of Corporate Finance. - Proven experience developing and administering ERP systems based on 1C:Enterprise 8.3 or later versions. - Proficiency in 1C programming language, with solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Extensive experience with configuration, customization, and extension of standard 1C modules to address unique business needs. - Advanced knowledge of 1C server administration, including installation, maintenance, clustering, and performance tuning. - Experience with SQL queries and database optimization techniques specific to 1C platforms. - Comprehensive understanding of business processes in trading, accounting, and payroll domains. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in implementation and testing. Nice to Have: - Experience with 1C ERP (Corporate Architecture) implementations and extensive customizations. - Previous participation in version migration projects for 1C configurations, including data transfer and validation. - Advanced knowledge of data exchange mechanisms between different 1C applications and external systems. - Experience with 1C mobile solutions, web interfaces, and cloud deployments. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices for 1C development. - Professional certifications such as 1C:Professional, 1C:Expert, or related qualifications. - English language proficiency for reading technical documentation and team communication. - Experience in the trading, retail, or financial services industries.
