Scrum Master

A specialist for the position of Scrum Master is required to work in a large banking project. Requirements: - Knowledge and understanding of Scrum principles - Experience of working with teams of 7 people or more for at least 2 years. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Implementation of Agile practices taking into account the banking methodology - Training team members on Agile principles - Launching the team, setting up processes to ensure the achievement of target results - Working on the continuous development and improvement of working methods and their implementation in the daily activities of the team -Developing procedures for sharing knowledge and expertise within the team - Creating a high-performance team - Synchronizing different team activities, managing risks and team relationships - Facilitation of all team ceremonies - Supporting coordination and synchronization between teams (if necessary) - Objective assessment of emerging problems, search and elimination of errors guided by Agile principles - Tracking the progress and achievement of team goals through daily standups using burn-down charts -Organizing and supporting team demonstrations and retrospectives - Ensuring continuous improvement - Developing self-organization, team spirit within the team, continuous improvement, and encouraging good, not easy, decision making -Identifying problems and success stories of team performance -Evaluating team members and informing about possible areas of improvement, communicating with team members in a one-on-one format -Coaching the Team Leader and team members -Removing obstacles facing the team (e.g., dependencies on other teams), maintaining a list of obstacles
