Job description and responsibilities:
- achieve marketing goals and objectives;
- plan, implement and manage marketing strategy;
- contribute to the overall growth of the company;
- review and manage content marketing strategy;
- keep the marketing budget in check;
- track KPIs regularly and present reports;
- work with development and customer success teams;
- use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions;
- analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements;
- stay up to date with the latest technology;
- stay up to date with the latest best practices;
- attend marketing conferences and educational programs;
- represent the company at the industry events;
- design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Job qualifications and requirements:
- 5+ years experience in FinTech marketing (managing rapid growth in one of the following industries: Retail Digital Banking, Crypto, Blockchain, FX & CFD, Online trading with financial assets);
- data analysis and Strategic thinking: analytical thinking skills, In-depth knowledge of big data analysis;
- hands-on experience with CRM and tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Intercom, Adjust, Appsflyer, Jira;
- excellent organizational and time management skills;
- good communication and interpersonal skills;
- excellent presentation skills;
- native or fluent English plus at least one more language: French, Russian, German preferable.
