Our client—a global leader in laboratory automation equipment—seeks a seasoned IT Manager to orchestrate their technical infrastructure. You'll oversee mission-critical systems supporting innovative medical analysis technologies while ensuring robust security protocols and seamless operations across our international presence. Key Responsibilities - Architect, administer, and optimize the corporate network infrastructure to maintain 99.9% uptime. - Develop and enforce comprehensive information security policies, including access controls and threat prevention. - Manage server environments including MS Exchange 2019 and Windows Server 2019/2022 deployments. - Perform scheduled 1C database maintenance, including backup procedures and recovery testing. - Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues across diverse technical environments. - Implement advanced network monitoring solutions and develop strategic infrastructure improvement plans. - Evaluate, select, and procure IT hardware and software based on technical specifications and business requirements. - Deploy and configure operating systems and applications across organizational endpoints. - Create detailed documentation for disaster recovery, security protocols, and standard operating procedures. - Provide tier-3 technical support and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end users. - Generate comprehensive analytical reports on system performance, security metrics, and infrastructure health. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline. - Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as an IT Specialist or System Administrator. - Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft server technologies, including Exchange 2019 and Windows Server 2019/2022. - Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP networking, OSI model, and secure VPN implementation. - Proficiency with network security appliances and enterprise firewall solutions. - Strong troubleshooting capabilities across diverse hardware and software ecosystems. - Experience interpreting technical documentation and creating procedural guides. - Exceptional analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving approach. - Ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Working knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V). Nice to Have - Professional English language proficiency for international collaboration. - Previous experience in healthcare technology or medical device environments. - Advanced knowledge of 1C business software administration and customization. - Industry certifications such as MCSE, CompTIA Network+, CISSP, or equivalent. - Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Familiarity with international data protection regulations relevant to healthcare. - Expertise with enterprise monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds). - Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices.
